Admin & Rules by Mortgage Managers
This group was established by Mortgage Managers and therefore the rules and admin of the group is done by the team. This includes managing the posts, comments, spam and membership including making sure that rules are adhered to.
For any professionals (Mortgage Advisers, Bank Staff, Real Estate People, Solicitors, Builders etc) or people associated to these people (Spouse, Staff etc) who want to participate you are now required to register.
This ensures that we can communicate the rules directly and in more detail, and this should reduce the rule breaches and subsequent suspensions. Professionals that participate without prior registration risk being suspended or banned.
Membership is a privilege and at the sole discretion of the Admin.

Post information and comments so everyone can read them, if you are a professional (or related) then make that obvious plus make an effort to provide quality information that you believe a first home buyer would want.
Respectful Participation
Please keep discussions respectful and constructive. Disagreements and opposing views are fine, but any personal attacks, racism and/or policitcal posts and comment will be removed and the members could be suspended without warning.
We will also not allow naming and shaming of people, professioanls or businesses as they have no ability to respond.
