Here is how it works
- Tell us about your ideal home (all the bells and whistles) and we’ll use leading databases to match you with homes that aren't currency on the market, but match your criteria.
- A local agent will hand-deliver your Doorknock to each address, instigating a sale or putting you first in line for an off-market sale.
I’m not a real estate agent, and I don’t take any commission - the delivery agents are there to support your sale.

I didn't invent door-knocking… it’s an age old technique, where each year approximately 5% of homes (in NZ) are sold using a “self-lead”, proactive outreach like leaflet drops or door-knocking.
